Community Hiking Club: Putnam Park & Charles Ives, with Redding 250

Join historians Bruce Nelson and Brent Colley, Ellery Leary from Putnam Park Friends & Neighbors, RLT Trustee Cole Tucker-Walton, and Sean McNamara of Redding Celebrates America 250 for a tour through the history of Putnam Memorial State Park, including its importance to the composer Charles Ives (whose work will be featured in a concert at Joel Barlow High School on May 30). Those who wish to can join an excursion into the neighboring Joan Plishner Preserve.
